Police reveal motive for TKW bullying at Wisma Athletes Pademangan Ekonomi

POLICE uncovered the motives of two suspected perpetrators who assaulted an Indonesian worker (TKW) who was about to self-quarantine in Wisma Atlet Pademangan, north Jakarta.

North Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Guruh Arif Darmawan said so far the two alleged perpetrators have harassed the victim for economic reasons and to buy food. This is what the results of the interrogation of the two suspects revealed.

From the video, a man can be seen wearing a brown waistcoat and sunglasses asking for money from the TKW who was in the car.

However, TKW initially opposed being asked for a sum of money. Finally, the TKW gave the man money through the driver.
