Dortmund attracted to Jude Bellingham’s sister

BORUSSIA Dortmund are reportedly considering signing Jude Bellingham’s younger brother Jobe from Birmingham City. Jobe, 16, has yet to make his senior debut for Birmingham but was included in Lee Bowyer’s squad for the League Cup games against Colchester and Fulham in August.

According to German tabloid Bild on Wednesday, Borussia Dortmund are trying to hunt down Jobe Bellingham in part in an effort to keep Jude afloat for a few more years. The winger has been prolific in youth football, scoring three goals in five appearances for Birmingham’s Under-18s this season and is set to make his first senior appearance soon.

The German giants have reportedly been interested in signing Jobe since the age of 14, when Jude signed for Dortmund. Speaking about Jobe, Dortmund coach Edin Terzic added: “You have to see it’s the right move at the right time. But we don’t mind having a good tandem in the squad.”

Jude’s move to Dortmund proved to be a runaway success, earning him a place in the England squad for Euro 2020 after making his debut season at the German club. (OL-8)
